As we expand globally, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive our international growth.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Sales Specialist to lead our efforts in channel partner management and business development. This role is central to expanding our global reseller network, nurturing high-impact partnerships, and driving sales performance across regions. The successful candidate will be based in Batam, Indonesia, in company-provided accommodation, and will be expected to travel internationally for partner engagement, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Management
Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners and resellers across international markets.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies and sales plans with partners.
  • Provide product training and sales support to partner teams.
  • Track partner performance and ensure alignment with growth targets.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities globally in sectors such as public safety, energy, defense, and enterprise surveillance.
  • Conduct market research to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Participate in industry expos, demos, and networking events to promote Volarious products.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align on lead generation and customer requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Requirements
Strong ability to learn
  • Strong knowledge or interest in UAV/drone technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to relocate to Batam and travel frequently across international markets.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
